Who this covers
This policy covers https://profitpathschool.com, operated by Salih Mizharkov (“we”, “us”). It does not cover Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any seller's website you reach by clicking a link from here — each of those has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
This site has no account system, no checkout, and no contact form that stores data. We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
Our hosting provider automatically logs standard web server data for every visitor — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and referring site — for security and performance. We don't access this for marketing.
When you click a link to a guide, you leave this site. The seller's own website collects and handles anything you give them there (name, email, payment details), under their own privacy policy, not ours.
Planned, not yet active: we intend to use a message-automation tool on Instagram and TikTok, so that commenting a trigger word or sending us a DM gets you a link by reply. Once live, that tool will store your handle, the message you sent, and our reply. This is governed by Instagram's and TikTok's own privacy policies in addition to this one. We'll update this section with the tool's name and a link to its policy before turning it on.
How we use it
To run and maintain the site, to reply to messages once the automation above is active, and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site or the message tool described above, and when the law requires it.

Children
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information held about you, or to object to certain uses (for example under GDPR in the EU/UK, or CCPA/CPRA in California). Since this site holds almost no personal data today, there's usually nothing to act on — but email info@profitpathschool.com and we'll respond.
